Top 10 favorite skincare products

I’m definitely fickle when it comes to skincare and i’m very easily swayed by new products because I love to try new things! Out of all the products i’ve tested here are my top 10 (Okay there’s 11 but who’s counting!) favourite. I have been using these religiously and will definitely be repurchasing when they are finished.

Origins Drink Up™ Intensive Overnight Mask
This replenishing mask with nature’s most nourishing nightcaps, plant glycerin, hyaluronic acid and apricot kernel oil, instantly quenches compromised skin with deeply satisfying moisture. Avocado oil and mango butters build up a reservoir for tomorrow and Japanese seaweed helps prevent future moisture loss. I love this in the Winter months (too rich for me during the hot Summer months) and this is my third tube of it! It does exactly what it says it does and it leaves skin feeling replenished and renewed.

Elemis Pro-Collagen Oxygenating Night Cream
At £95 this cream isn’t cheap but a little goes a long way (you only need to use a pea size amount each night) so it lasts for ages. It’s rich and moisturising and my skin feels incredible soft in the it smells heavenly.

Emma Hardie Amazing Face Natural Lift and Sculpt Moringa Cleansing Balm
Wow, that’s quite a mouthful! This is one of my all time favourite cleansers. I use it as my second cleanse (first cleanse i’ll remove makeup) and it’s a nighttime ritual I really enjoy. The cleansing balm itself is contains moringa seed extract, wild sea fennel and vitamin E to minimize the appearance of pores. Orange, Neroli and Mandarin extracts to rejuvenate and revitalise and Jasmine, Cedarwood and Rose to help re-hydrate and re-condition dry or dull skin.

Oskia Renaissance cleansing gel
My other favourite cleanser which I use morning and night. It helps to strengthen and revitalise skin whilst eliminating every last speck of residual everyday grime. Lactobacillus (Pumpkin Enzyme) purges pores and dissolves the bonds that bind dead cells to skin’s surface; Vitamin A Palmitate helps improve the appearance of sun damaged, dry and mature skin by gently resurfacing and promoting elasticity; Vitamins C and E are known for their restorative properties and work to fortify and protect against free radical and environmental attack; Starflower Oil (a potent source of Omega 6), Magnesium and Vitamins B2 and C promote firmness while Oskia’s signature MSM (the most bio-available form of Sulphur) detoxifies, soothes and reduces inflammation. SOLD. It’s got a gorgeous texture and scent and it really cleanses without stripping the skin. Oskia – please make a clear strip in the bottle so we can see when we run out!

Sunday Riley – Luna
This is one of Sunday Riley’s most hyped about products. I caved and added it to my Space NK order last Winter. I’ve read mixed reviews of Luna and not everyone is a fan but I have to say…I love it. It’s definitely improved the texture of my skin and softened fine lines and wrinkles. The colour is a bit crazy at first as it’s bright blue and even though I only use this product at night, it doesn’t stain pillow cases.

Sunday Riley Good Genes
“This amazing lactic acid based treatment is an instant complexion booster, plumping fine lines and exfoliating to reveal brighter, newer skin. Licorice reduces hyper-pigmentation while lemongrass increases circulation for immediate radiance. Long term use will help restore damaged skin, reduce hyper-pigmentation and scars, reduce the depth and number of lines and wrinkles, even out skin tone, and increase epidermal firmness.”

This product does make your skin brighter and smoother, but so do a lot of other products that are half the price but… somehow i’m on my second bottle because I love it! I use it about 3 times a week but only a small amount. I feel a slight tingle after night application and the smell is horrible but it does make skin feels smoother and rejuvenated in the morning.

Omorovicza Queen of Hungary Mist
A formula based on the Queen of Hungary water – the first perfume on record – a quick spritz of this will leave you feeling refreshed and energised. Blended with orange blossom, rose and sage waters to purify and tone and apple pectin to restore hydration, this refreshing spray promises to give instant rejuvenation. Formulated with the power of the Hungarian thermal waters, it’s a lavish must have. I love Caudalie’s beauty Elixir too but this one feel so much more luxurious. It’s so cooling, refreshing and it smells like absolute heaven.

Pixi Glow Tonic
Glow Tonic brightens, tones and conditions your skin after cleansing. Enriched with glycolic acid – a natural derivative of sugar cane, and member of the alpha-hydroxy acid family – this gentle, exfoliating formula dissolves the bonds binding dulling dead cells to skin’s surface, to reveal the ‘new’ healthy skin cells underneath. I bought this after reading a recommendation from Caroline Hirons and i’ve never looked back. My favourite toner!

Bioderma Sensibio H2O micellar water
This was super hyped in the beauty World back when it wasn’t available to buy in Britain, only in French pharmacies. Thankfully it’s always been for sale in Turkey as long as i’ve been here as are many other french skincare products. 2 bottles will set you back around 79 Turkish Lira but it’s so worth every penny. I freakin’ love this, it removes my makeup perfectly leaving my face feeling clean and fresh.

Sarah Chapman Skinesis Overnight Facial
Skinesis Overnight Facial is a high-potency anti-ageing serum-oil. I cleanse and tone my skin, and massage the oil into my skin. It smells great and I love to use it in the colder months when my skin is dry. It doesn’t absorb as quickly as I want it to and it’s a little pricey for the size but it’s worth it.

Kiehl’s Midnight Recovery Concentrate
The elixir works all night to replenish the skin with moisture and leave it younger-looking. Enriched with a blend of naturally derived ingredients including Squalane, Evening Primrose, and a blend of essential oils. This was the first oil I ever bought and fell in love. From the first use I saw the effects. It leaves my skins extremely soft you can definitely see the difference in the morning plus the smell is amazing! I love Kiehls as a brand and this is definitely one of my favourite product of theirs.

Very impressive products. Which one should use for fair and glow looks of sensitive skin?
